How Labels Work

1. Return Requested: the buyer opens a return and you approve it on the marketplace.
2. Label Issued: the API generates a prepaid local label or QR code in seconds.
3. Dropped Off Nearby: the buyer drops the parcel at a nearby collection point.
4. Back in the Warehouse: it arrives within 1–3 days and enters Returns Inspection automatically.
