Answers on getting started, account and system use, inbound and outbound rules, billing, FBA relabeling and pure battery shipments, all in one FAQ.
We keep tight control over customs clearance and warehousing and maintain long-standing, trusted relationships with the regulators in each country, so a compliant seller is never caught up in what another seller does. We also follow European consumer law and import requirements continuously: if a product fails a requirement when you register it, the system flags it and we give you a compliant shipping standard for that item.
Once terms are agreed, both parties sign and seal the contract; you then register a system account, and it is ready to use as soon as we have approved and configured it.
Registering a live account requires a signed contract from both parties. If you would like to see how the system works first, we can give you a demo account to log into — please ask your account manager.
There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum storage area. You are billed on actual order volume and the volume actually occupied, which suits sellers who are just testing the European market.
If you plan to hold large volumes or need a dedicated storage zone we can put together a package price — send us your monthly order volume and SKU profile.
An administrator account can reset its password by email from the login screen; sub-accounts currently need to contact support so that we can reset them from the back office.
Log in with the administrator account, go to System Management - User Centre, search for the sub-account, click Permissions and tick the permissions that account should have.
The Warehouse Management System is free to use and API integration with every marketplace is completely free. There is no setup fee, no per-seat fee and no development fee — you only pay for the storage and handling you actually use.

It depends on where your orders are. France (Strasbourg / Paris) suits France, Germany, Benelux and Switzerland; Germany (Braunschweig) suits DACH, Poland and the Nordics; the UK warehouse solves post-Brexit domestic delivery; Italy (Brescia) and Spain (Gipuzkoa) serve the southern European markets.
If your orders are spread across several countries you can split stock between warehouses and manage all of them from a single system account.
Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Royal Mail, Evri, Correos, Poste Italiane and others, matched automatically by destination country, weight and volume. Tracking numbers are pushed back to your marketplace automatically.
Yes. Custom cartons, branded thank-you cards, bundles, labeling and merged shipments are all available, and an order can still be held or amended right up until picking starts.
There are three parts: storage (charged on the volume actually occupied, billed monthly), handling (charged per order, with a per-item surcharge on multi-item orders) and shipping (local carriers priced by weight and destination). Value-added services such as relabeling, inspection and repair are quoted per operation.
Every charge is visible in real time in the billing module of the system and can be reconciled order by order.
Holding stock in an EU country creates a local VAT obligation, so a VAT number for the country you store in is mandatory. We can recommend customs and tax partners and help coordinate the paperwork for your first-leg freight.
The standard arrangement is monthly reconciliation with handling fees drawn down from a prepaid balance; the exact cycle and payment method are agreed in the contract. We settle in both RMB and EUR.
Yes, and it is one of our core services. We receive Amazon returns and removal orders, inspect and grade them, replace the FNSKU labels and repack them before sending them back into FBA, recovering stock that would otherwise be written off.
Yes. Send your first-leg freight to our warehouse instead — our warehouse has no inbound queue. Your goods land in Europe on schedule and are fed into FBA in batches as appointments open up, so sea containers no longer sit at the port waiting for a slot.
Yes. Pure batteries are dangerous goods in international transport and need compliant channels and compliant storage. We offer Pure Battery Logistics from our Overseas Warehouses, Amazon battery storage and battery FBA inbound, and UN38.3 and MSDS documents are reviewed in advance.
Tell us the battery type, capacity and packaging and we will confirm the viable channels and pricing.
Send us your requirements and an account manager will get back to you within three business days with a tailored European overseas warehouse solution.
